Reporting
This guide shows how to use the Reporting section in VerifyWise. Screens are based on the two images you shared.
Overview
Reports compile the work you already did in Compliance, Assessments, Vendors, and Risks. You can generate a .docx file for a single project and framework, or pick a specific report type like a tracker or a risk summary.

Access
Open the left sidebar.
Click Reporting under Dashboard.
You will land on the Reporting Dashboard. At the top you will see a short help text and a filter for All projects. The table lists past reports with these columns, Report name, Type of report, Project, Date generated, Generated by, Action.
Generate a new report
Click Generate your report.
In the Generate Report modal, fill the required fields.
Click Generate report.
Field guide
Project. Pick the project you want to report on. Example, “AI in medical diagnostics.”
Framework. Choose the framework to scope the report. Example, “EU AI Act.”
Report Type. Select the template. The table shows examples like “All Reports,” “Compliance Tracker Report,” and “Project Risks Report.”
What should we call your report. Optional name field for the output file. If you leave it blank, VerifyWise uses a sensible default.
Tips for better outputs
Pick the exact Project. Reports only include data from that project.
Match the Framework to the work you completed. If your compliance work lives under EU AI Act, use the same in the modal.
Use a clear Report name. Good example,
Audit_ready_report.docx
.Make sure your Compliance, Assessments, Vendors, and Risks data is up to date before you generate.
Review and manage existing reports
Back on the Reporting Dashboard you will see your generated files listed. Each row shows who generated it and when. The Action column has a gear icon. Use this menu to work with a report. Typical options include Download, Rename, Regenerate, or Delete. If your instance shows a different set, follow what appears in that menu.

Filtering and pagination
Use the All projects dropdown to filter the list by a single project.
Use Reports per page to change how many rows you see.
Navigate pages with the left and right arrows.
Report types you will see
The screenshots show three examples. Your workspace may have more.
All Reports. A combined file that pulls the main sections from your project.
Compliance Tracker Report. A progress style document for controls and assessments.
Project Risks Report. A focused summary of risks within the selected project.
File format and naming
Reports export as .docx files.
You can use the custom name field during generation.
If you do not name it, VerifyWise names it for you, for example
AI_compliance_report.docx
.
